About sizing: OtterMama's daughter is 3.5 years old, 29 lbs, with a 20.5 inch waist and 16 inch rise. She wears the size L on the smallest snap setting (it could go one size larger if her waist was bigger). The size M fits an inch smaller in the waist and 1.5 inches smaller in the rise than the L, and the size S fits 2 inches smaller in the waist and 2.5 inches smaller in the rise than the L.
