A limited number of AI2 covers seconds are available. Seconds are final sale and are not returnable. Covers have outdated design features or sewing flaws as described :

1 M (15-25 lbs) multi-size minky AI2 cover: pawprint  

• single layer of PUL in gussets instead of double layer, inside facings sewn closed instead of open (cannot be used to hold prefold or flushable insert)

1 L (20-30 lbs) multi-size snap-down supplex AI2 cover: navy floral with lycra wings

• suedecloth lining instead of athletic mesh, very slight needle holes in hidden front panel where hook tape was resewn (not visible when diaper is fastened and will not affect function as PUL is backed by second unsewn PUL layer)
