Liners are very useful for avoiding some of the "ick factor" that goes with diapering: just lay the liner inside the diaper before putting it on, then remove the soiled liner and contents and flush or add to compost. Liners help protect cloth diapers from stains, and rash creams and prescription ointments that might cause repelling issues and are helpful in dealing with gastrointestinal upsets. At .07/single use, liners are an inexpensive way to protect your cloth diaper investment.
Made from a non-woven material, liners will biodegrade very quickly (within 8 days in a sewage treatment system or 20 days in a septic tank). Fiber content is 100% viscose rayon, a cellulosic fibre derived from natural sources. Septic tank safe and compostable.
