Thank you so much for your Otter Babies order! We appreciate it and want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and shopping experience.
Ordering and shipping policies:
1. If paying by credit card, your order will appear on your card statement as originating from debbyreed@gmail.com.
2. Orders are generally shipped USPS flat rate priority mail unless you request otherwise or are notified that alternative shipping arrangements have been made. Shipping insurance for domestic orders can be purchased at the following rates:

Please note that you would like to purchase insurance in your order comments and it will be added to your order.
3. Canadian orders are shipped USPS first class international to avoid brokerage and/or handling fees charged by courier companies including FedEx and UPS. Insurance is not available but packages can be shipped registered mail. Customs fees are assessed for declared package values over $20 and are the responsibility of the customer. Marking orders as a "gift" does not prevent custom fees from being assessed. For information about Canadian customs fees (GST/PST taxes and duties) on a particular order please call the Canadian Border Informations Service Hotline at 1-800-461-9999. You may also be charged an exchange rate fee by your credit card company that is not visible until the charge is posted on your statement.
4. Once shipped, package tracking information (if available) will be emailed to you if you have provided an email address.
Return policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact sales@otterblotters.com and we will replace or refund anything you are not happy with. Items may be returned for replacement or store credit after washing or after 30 days from receipt. We want you to be happy otters and we want you to love your purchase from us!
