Order Shipping & Returns

Thank you so much for your Otter Babies order! We appreciate it and want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and shopping experience.

Ordering and shipping policies:

1. If paying by credit card, your order will appear on your card statement as originating from debbyreed@gmail.com.

2. If you need to make changes to an order you have placed, please contact us. If your order has not entered the shipping process, we will try to help! Cancelled orders will be charged a 5% restocking fee plus any additional fees associated with the transaction such as PayPal or credit card processing fees.

3. US orders qualify for FREE shipping to anywhere in the USA. However, very heavy items including prefold diapers and laundry detergents may incur additional shipping charges.You will be contacted with a shipping quote if your order requires additional shipping.

Standard Shipping (FREE)

• Orders may be shipped via USPS 1st Class, Parcel Post, UPS, FedEx Smart Post*, or FedEx depending on weight of item.
• Once orders ship, estimated delivery up to 10 business in the continental US
• Once orders ship, estimated delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Miliatry addresses can be up to 6 weeks, unless Priority Mail is selected.

Expedited Shipping 

• Orders will be shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail upon request (additional shipping charge applies).
• Once the order ships, the estimated delivery time is 2 - 4 days depending on the destination.

4. International shipping: nondomestic orders are shipped USPS first class or priority international to avoid brokerage and/or handling fees charged by courier companies including FedEx and UPS. We ship via USPS first class international for all foreign shipments less than 4 lbs. International packages over 4 lbs. must be sent via USPS Priority Mail International. Non-domestic orders are subject to addtional shipping charges. You will be charged actual shipping once your package has been weighed. 

Insurance is not available but packages can be shipped registered mail. Customs fees are assessed for declared package values over $20 and are the responsibility of the customer. Marking orders as a "gift" does not prevent custom fees from being assessed. For information about Canadian customs fees (GST/PST taxes and duties) on a particular order please call the Canadian Border Informations Service Hotline at 1-800-461-9999. You may also be charged an exchange rate fee by your credit card company that is not visible until the charge is posted on your statement.

5. Once shipped, package tracking information (if available) will be emailed to you if you have provided an email address.

Return policy:

All clearance, seconds, imperfects and used item sales are *FINAL SALE.*

Returns for refund, replacement or store credit will be accepted on unused, unwashed merchandise within 15 days of order shipment. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping your item to you will be deducted from your refund or credit. Return shipping is not provided unless the item is defective (see below).

Items returned for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee. In order to process a return, you must obtain a return authorization (RMA) number from sales@otterblotters.com prior to return. Items received without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package will not be accepted, and the package will be returned to sender. Please include the reason for return and a copy of your invoice with your return. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

If a used item is found to be defective (such as snap failure or sewing flaws) within 60 days of shipping, return shipping will be provided and the item can be returned for replacement.
